Veolia Partners with Allen County, Indiana to Expand Household Hazardous Waste Collection

Veolia partners with Allen County, Indiana to expand household hazardous waste collection

Stacie Hubbert, Program Manager with the Allen County Department of Environmental Management in Fort Wayne, Indiana, has worked with Veolia for over 20 years in collecting her community’s hazardous waste.

She discusses how Veolia has played an integral part in expanding household hazardous waste collection to meet the demands of the community.

“Myself, along with our Hazardous Waste Coordinator, Joshua Ritter, are the only two Hazwoper Certified employees onsite every Tuesday to collect from the public. Knowing we are a small staff, Jurgen Heinz has made himself available to assist us. It has been extremely helpful and a relief when 80 vehicles can make their way through our facility on any given Tuesday."
