2022 Employee Survey Results
We asked our employees how we're doing. Here's what they said.
The Results Are In . . .
At the end of 2022, we sent a survey to all of our employees. We wanted to know how we were doing as a company across a range of topics, from our purpose, to work/life balance, our efforts for diversity and inclusion, and more.
At the close of the survey, we got an overwhelming 5,463 responses — 70% of our employees in North America!
We took all of the questions and broke them down into 5 key themes:
